Centrifugal Pump

We started a new week of work at Copiisa Offshore with a visit from the Quality team of BIMSA Mexico to our maneuvering yard. They conducted the final inspection of the horizontal centrifugal pump, Model 1519A Type BB2, which will handle pre-saturated lean oil. The pump is already installed on its structural skid and is destined for the delayed coking plant at the Miguel Hidalgo Refinery in Tula de Allende, Hidalgo, Mexico.

It has been packaged for delivery by land to the refinery. We are now just waiting for the release of permits and authorization for its journey to begin.

We have also begun the development of the next centrifugal pumps, sister units to the first one. All are part of the same project and are currently in the assembly stage within our maneuvering yard.
