Copiisa Offshore is a guarantee of quality.
At Copiisa Offshore, we have our own hydraulic laboratory, which we use to ensure the quality of our own projects. We also offer certification services under ISO/IEC 17025:2017, which validates our ability to deliver precise, unbiased, and consistent results, giving our clients the confidence they need in every test.
We can perform multiple tests, such as:

Certification
Our hydraulic laboratory has achieved ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certification, a globally recognized accreditation that guarantees technical competence, impartiality, and consistency across all testing and calibration phases. This certification is more than a seal on our lab; it is a commitment to excellence and the delivery of accurate, reliable results.
Testing
At Copiisa Offshore, we conduct thorough testing of centrifugal pumps in strict compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standards and API 610, 11th Edition. Our testing process, aligned with these leading standards, includes a variety of key evaluations to ensure pump reliability and optimal performance. Some of the essential tests include:
- Hydraulic Performance Tests
We evaluate pump efficiency by measuring flow rate, pressure, and power to ensure optimal hydraulic performance.
- Vertical and horizontal vibration tests (pumps)
We conduct vibration tests to assess the stability and structural integrity of the pump, ensuring smooth operation over time.
- NPSH (Net Positive Suction Head) Testing
We measure the required and available NPSH to ensure the pump avoids cavitation, guaranteeing safe and efficient operation.
Operating capacity.
We have test piping of various diameters to accommodate different flow rates and pressures. Fixed piping is equipped with instruments to take measurements under controlled conditions.
We also have a freshwater test pit for testing pumps with:
Maximum operating capacity: 12,000 GPM (2727.27 m³/h).
Test pit capacity: Pit 1 = 33.5 m³ (33,500 liters) and Pit 2 = 153.26 m³ (153,260 liters).
Additionally, we have a 4,000 m² facility with three bays for equipment assembly.
We have a data panel with a display showing the following parameters:
Inlet pressure
Outlet pressure
Pump discharge flow
Fluid temperature
Motor speed
Current consumption (amperage)
Supply voltage
Power consumption
Operating time
Clients can observe this panel to take readings of pressure, flow, temperature, speed, and more.
All this information will be provided to the client in a detailed report, including all test data and the corresponding certification.
